About my processor
Hello,My laptop is i5 8th @1.60ghz to 3.49ghz ,but my laptop is gonna so lagy when I check my lap due to laggy in my device specifications it shows 1.6 GHz to 1.8 GHz when my friends lap has 1.6 GHz to 2.4 GHz and how shall I do any changes in regarding that processor and whose mistake is it my lap worth is 297$ is it waste .And I bought this for gaming but it sucks please do something favour to me Im too worried about my money and my father's hard work

Has anyone upgraded the Pavilion 15-cs2073cl laptop that sells with MX250 with a M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD?
Is there an open M.2 slot, since it has a MX250 video board, and are there any problems opening the case?
Should I remove the built-in battery before plugging in the M.2 board?
I can only find three 3 screws on the back, are there any hidden screws?

Can I under power my ZBook laptop to use on airplane
My HP ZBook Studio G4 power supply draws 150 watts when it is plugged in. This is kind of a workhorse, so I understand why.
I work the system hard, and so my battery life is limited. (Lots of graphics operations and lots of threads, virtual machines, etc.).
The seat outlets on some airplanes are able to deliver the full 150 watts I need. However, on many planes, the seat outlets have circuitry (breakers? fuses?) that disable them when that much power is drawn.
My question: would it be possible/advisable to connect a lower power power supply that might not keep the battery at full charge but could serve as a "power assist" in this setting? If so, how to select that power supply to use?

Hey so I got a HP pen(1MR94AA) <-- product code and I dont have a HP laptop and I want to test it on my Surface book 2 will it work? my surface book 2 is windows 10 and my HP Pen has to buttons on it no top button. is there anyway i can pair it via bluetooth or just connect it someway will it work? or any third party software to use the HP pen with my Surface book 2.

Brand new laptop that was purchased today and the fan started running immediately when I opened it. Pretty dissapointed tbh expected more from this. I have already tried updating windows and reset bios to default but nothing seems to help.

Screws at the top of my laptop fall out
Hi, I read previous post in regards of people experiencing the same thing where the screw had fallen out at the back of the laptop. I had this problem in the past and when i called HP customer services, they could not do anything. They said they couldn't send the screws to my address, it is something they don't do. From what i am reading online, I know others has suffered the same thing with their laptop and it seems like HP is not doing their safety check correctly.
I had left my laptop without a screw but i can see the dip in my screen and now i am getting worried.
Just now, I notice a crack on the back of my laptop and it starts from where the hole where the screw is missing.
Can anyone tell me where to purchase this screw for my laptop please?

noisy fan always on, vibrations, no heat issue.
Ive been having issues with a noisy fan for a while. already opened computer to clean fan, disabled superfetch and updated many misc drivers. reset computer to factory settings. BIOS has not been updated, version is still from 2017, but im a bit too scared to update it and break my computer more. I tried changing fan from "Always on" in Bios bootup as well as in system settings switched to passive.
in the past i was able to jiggle the laptop, restart, or tap the fan and it would stop for a long time, but now it is always on and very loud + some vibration. Real temp says it is at minimum temperature and still heavy fan.
PLEASE HELP!
also, will continued use kill my laptop? idk if i should just wait to buy a new fan and replace it...

Motherboard - charging port problems with HP Spectre x360 laptop
I've seen many similar issues on this forum that turn up being a defect of the motherboard. I was working on my laptop and got a notification that the battery was low, so I plugged it in to charge the battery. Very soon thereafter my laptop just turned off making a low snapping sound, and now it remains completely unresponsive. No lights will blink when I press the power button, and I've tried changing it with two different chargers on all parts, with different outlets, with absolutely no effect. I have seen that people have received support for this issue from HP since it seems to be rather common, so I'm posting hoping that'll I'll receive a response. The laptop is less than two years old, however the warranty experied last October. I hope despite this that the problem is able to be fixed, since after paying around $1600 for the product I expected it to last longer than a year and a half, and I'd be very dissapointed in HP if they're not able to do something about this since it's essentially a manufacturing defect.
