I have recently found this unknown device and can't find the driver(s) for it. I have noticed some others have had the same issue, but I can't seem to download the right driver from there posts. I have disabled the device until I can figure this out or get a solution. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

FEW KEYS ON KEYBOARD NOT WORKING
Hello,
Certain keys like shift, ctrl, tab are not working on my laptops' keyboard for sometime now and its become hard to use laptops keyboard as they are the most used keys.
I have visited the nearest HP service center but they couldnt resolve the issue as the laptop was purchased in USA and replacement keyboards are not available in India.
Could you kindly help me in finding a replacement keyboard someway?

HP OMEN 15-dh1053nr 15.6 docking station or USB hub to connect dual monitors
I've been trying to connect two extra monitors to my laptop at work, and recently bought a USB hub that claimed it could allow me to connect two HDMI inputs and extend my displays. The HDMI ports on the device did not work. Is there a specific hub anyone has used or a docking station that would allow me to extend to two different displays? I only have the two displays at work, so I'm trying to not spend too much money on a solution to this.

battery wont calibratye
icon in hp support assistant software, battery calibrate icon is brown and when you run it it will not calibrate. when you run the battery test and calibrate in hp pc hardware diagnostic software it say its cancelled.

I bought a new battery, but it gives a "blown fuser" error
Hello friends. Recently I noticed that my battery is swelling. Then I turned off my computer. I ordered a new original battery. The battery has arrived. I plugged it in properly and got it working. The battery wasn't charging and without the power cord my computer wouldn't work. I recharged a little but the situation did not improve. I also requested a new battery. New battery arrived but still the same problem persists. I think it's because of the bios. Or something similar because the battery looks original and decent.
I tested it and it still gives the blown fuse error. And my computer is not charging.

Envy X360 Broken Hinge Help
Hello everyone, seems like we have fallen victim to the broken hinge issue. My wife is a teacher and uses this laptop everyday, she takes great care of it and just yesterday was surprised when the right hinge popped the cover off. As we opened it back up it proceeded to brake the monitor on said corner! Luckily it turned on and we were able to save the files we needed.
I spent the day looking into it and found that this is a very very common fault in the HP design. What is HP doing to serve their customers who own these fully designed laptops? We are not the only ones experiencing this problem, anyone have the solution to getting HP to fix this?

Laptop won't turn on
Laptop won't even turn on. Charging/power cord has been plugged in but there's no light (on computer next to charging port) that it's even charging. Tried a new power chord - same issue - no light indicating its even charging.

BATTERY issue😭
so I bought a brand new laptop it was the dw-3007nx and the battery inside it barely lasted 1 & half hour and I returned it and instead I took the dw-3006nx which is just an colour variation of the dw-3007nx and it lasted like 2 hour 45 minutes but it feels like it could have gone longer I checked the battery with HP HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS and the result just showed PASSED I would like to know further about battery conservation and if this notebook could last much longer
