HP ENVY x360 - 15t-dr100 CTO CPU Fan Vibrates and Stops Spinning. ( Not a dust issue)

I have had the HP Envy for a year and a few months and have always noticed that the fans in this have always made weird noises. In the last week the left side CPU fan ( I assume ) has quite literally started vibrating. The fan starts spinning and half a second later it makes its noise and violent vibrations and completely stops spinning. It does this cycle continually and I have had to intervene through NoteBook Fan Cooler to set the CPU fan speed to 0% and using Throttle Stop to completely remove any extra stress on the CPU and using external coolers to compensate. 

 

Down below I have attached a video of what it sounds like and a picture of the fan. I have cleaned the fan using compressed air and have made sure there are no obstructions.

So what are my options now. Is this a software issue or a hardware issue ? My warranty just ran out. Any help would be appreciated.

Laptop non-slip grips falling off

I have a 1-month old Pavilion x360 laptop. Worked fine for a while but now I keep getting a message that the battery is low (6%) even though I have it plugged in. I'm running Windows 10.

Battery information issu

Hi experts,

For last few days my laptop's battery drainage is in spike.  I have a confusion in this issue. I ran the battery information code in the command prompt and opened the file in the browser. Everything is fine but the information about battery serial number is missing and also the battery capacity is showing 19,958 mWh (19.958 Wh ).But actually the battery information in the HP website  for Pavilion  15 cc 129tx is41 Wh.( link of  specs of my laptop is https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05881903)

I badly need the community help regarding this issue.

Warranty, Spectre 14, SSD removal

Hi, I read some time ago, that it is no warranty void if the SSD is removed from the notebook. Is this still valid for recent models?

 

In case the notebooks encounters a problem and has to be sent in, and it's not the SSD, can the SSD be removed from the notebook before sending in? In the end, this is the best level of data privacy ...

I had keys sticking on my keyboard so i go to YouTube to watch a video on how to properly clean your keyboard.. I had a couple of spills on my keyboard and i came across a product called Restoro ..  Somewhere in the process HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEFI screen pops up .. it tells me the version number 7.6.2.0 and tells me that my current version of diagnostics is not up to date. i really need help i tried this before and i don't know if it actually worked or not my laptop finally opened normally but after 3 days of just leaving it alone and eventually had to unplug it..  so it worked fine until i shut it down one night and now it's back to this screen

There is no replacement battery to purchase on the website and neither any of the person from HP Support is helping me out.

All everyone there is asking for the money and money and saying then only they will help. 

 

I purchased my laptop on 30th May 2018, So with extended 2 years warranty . I left with some time but its showing expired 7 days ago. 

My battery failure code is  GK1V79-000ALQ-MFPW21-C68T13

 

 

It'll be so helpful if anyone can tell me what to do in this case

Also the service centres told by on call customer care is different and the service centres I am able to find are different.

I don't know what is wrong with HP.

Till you're having product in warranty. 

They'll listen to you always. 

But as soon as that expires then they will forget that you ever buy product from them and always says like chargeable and this chargeable that chargeable.

 

I guess this is the worst support any company this  big have.

I want to know Belkin USB-C dock, that support PD charging technology with thunderbolt 3, is compatible with my z book g7.

 

Belkin product code is  F4U097KR, and it supports 85 W as maximum ouput via thunderbolt 3.  I asked to the Belkin local supporter and he said it will be supportable bcuz my z book also have thunderbol 3.
