I was wondering if anyone could offer advice about a HP Pavilion laptop (approx. 3 years old).
When clicking the battery icon, it says 0% Not Charging. The moment the charger is removed, the laptop turns itself off. I've turned off the laptop, pressed f2 and run a check on the battery and it says:
Battery Check: Primary - Replace (4)
Failure ID: UC06WM-7J88PG-MFPWMG-C0ET03
I've also removed the battery, plugged the charger in and the laptop does switch on.
Can anyone offer any advice as to what this could be, or should I just replace the battery?

I have been using my Hp envy 15 notebook from 8 months before it used to give 5 hrs battery support on full charge but now it gives only 2.5 or 3 hrs battery support. Why has the battery life declined so fast??Please help

I am currently using HP ENVY 360 m6 convertible. My drive (c) has got 750 Gb of free space and I wanted to create a new partition by shrinking the drive (c) volume. But everytime i try to create a partition , "There isn't enough space available on the disc(s) to complete the partition" text popping up. I tried "Rescan disk" from the "Action" menu but it didn't work. I tried third party app but that also can't do the partition. What should i do now ? I really need to create a partition and move my importatnt data to the new drive to keep my data safe.
There's a strange problem with my device where every now and then it makes a really loud continuous noise where it sounds like someone typing on a typewriter then stops. It keeps doing this again and again and I can't stand it so I just turned off my device. How can I fix this?

Due a big video/audio project involving editing of large video files and a very large sound samples library i'm thinking of OVERLOAD my Elitebook 8770w 3630QM (17") running Win 7 64bit with n. 3 Samsung 850 EVO of 2TB each (6TB total!)

he first EVO will be the system drive (cloning and replacing the factory 750Gb HDD);
The second EVO will be installed in the second HDD bay.
The third EVO wil be installed in a dummy CD caddy replacing the optical drive.
BUT before this big investment I need to know if the Samsung 850 EVO of 2TB each will be compatible with my Elitebook 8770w in therms of SATA interface and in therms of size.
Also I need to know if i must buy an ssd bracket for the installation of the second hdd.

Since the windows 10 creators update, the camera app has been showing a black screen whenver it is run. This also affects other camera apps such as YouCam in that it does not even load the display page for pictures or to capture videos.
Does anyone know a solution to this Black screen camera issue?

I've an old HP Compaq Presario V3508TU laptop. It stopped working as it does not bootup at all.
So, I want to take out RAM from this laptop and install it in my currently working another HP laptop.
How can we do this? Can I get help from Singapore HP service center for this? Please advise.

Hi Everyone! I bought HP 250 G5 INTEL QUAD CORE(4 gig ram, 1.6 Ggh)recently. I'm not really enjoy this due to the slowness, and low graphics. Some software I'm currently using are complaining badly. This is making me sad. I have tried reaching the store I bought they said I should add more money( x2 of what I paid initially) to get something higher. I don't have this money for I even struggled before I could get the money I spent for this. So my question now is- Is it possible to get a motherboard that can have better spec(2.5 GgH and above and good graphic display) than what my HP 250 G5 is having currently(I.6 GgH). Your reponses are highly appreciated.
