When the computer was turned on I received the error message: the selected boot device failed. Press enter to continue. When I press enter the computer shuts down. I tested the hard drive. The short test past. The long test gave the following failure ID: UCQ779-87592X-XD7X7G-61CT03
I have tried enabling the legacy support. This only resulted in the error message: no bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key. I do not think I have a boot disk. Is this something I would have received when purchasing the computer?
