This is my first topic I'm opening, I hope I'm doing it in the right place.
So as the title says my laptop battery stopped charging, it's stucked on 0% showing ( plugged in, not charging ) message, i tried to follow the tutorials on which you uninstall the ACPI drivers and to update the BIOS but nothing solved the issue.
Now, I did the hardware test and it trully identifies the battery as faulty, might this be just a bug or some connector not working properly ? The led is showing white when I plug the charger and it turnes orange for 5/6 seconds then it shuts down and does nothing, now while I]m writing this article is blinkinh Orange. The only way i mannaged to make it see the battery was to unplug it and plug it back on the back of the PC however it las or 3 4 seconds
The battery is 765 days old ( 2 years and 1 month ) Had the laptop myself for 1 year and 8 months, and the hold of charge was still perfect, how is it possible that it just fails out of nowhere ?
Imma post a couple of pictures with the result of the test and some details infos about the battery
