I bought my laptop at best buy. They week the warrenty ran out my computer stopped. The screen went black and never has done crap since. About 2 wks after quitting for no reason i get a recall notice from HP. I saved every i sent and still have them. I have sent numerous since the 2015 safety recall. Today HP tech person called by mistake and i demanded answers and got total **bleep**, then transferrd. That guy wanted $49.99 to repair the laptop that was recalled tht they will NOT replace or repair. I have to pay 50 bucks on his word it can be fixed or replaced once i give them 50 dollers. I say help us get a #classactiononhewlettpackard for not fixing or replacing items they recalled. They also just flat ignore phone calls and voicemails i have made many to their company. They dont bother with emails either as i have sent many since this recall. We deserve better. I just want my money back, or a laptop fixed or replaced. They refuse.
