The lid is very hard to open - closes OK - just happened as I was trying to turn over the laptop to find my model # No sticker on bottom. When I was trying to close it while holding it upside down I guess that's when it happened. Caveat: No sticker on bottom of laptop. Bad News....Warranty expired 2 days ago.
