I have done everything from uninstalling and rebooting. Uninstalled the Validity software/rebooting/reinstalling software. I used the HP tools. I even shut it down completely and left the battery out and unplugged for a couple of minutes. Nothing is working. I have (Code 43) error message. I don't know what else there is to do. The drivers are installed, the software is installed. What else is there to accomplish?
